MESSAGE FROM THE TREASURER

This message is regarding late fees.

For those of you who wait till the last minute to send your maintenance fee checks I would like to give you a little heads up.  The mail no longer is processed through the Greensburg Post Office.  It goes to Pittsburgh and therefore it is not always received the next day here in Greensburg thus, causing a delay in our receiving your payments on time resulting in a late charge for you.

No one wants to pay more than is necessary.  My suggestion to you is that you mail your check at least by the 10th of the month so that it has plenty of time to be delivered to us by the 15th.
